For standard size which is converted from 40ft shipping container, external size is 8ft wide x 40ft long x 8.5ft high (2440mm wide x 12200mm long x 2600mm high). There maybe units with sizes slightly different.

Usually come with 2 doors, 4 windows, 2 air-con opening (air-con is optional), 4 ceiling lights & 4 power sockets (twin).

It is usually being used as a temporary office in construction site, shipyard, factory, events, school, etc.
